The science behind the sale
What do they consist of?
Technical expertise in civil construction refers to assessment processes carried out by experts specialized in the construction sector. These experts, usually civil engineers or architects with specific experience and training, are called upon to investigate and analyze problems, damages, failures or technical issues related to buildings, structures or infrastructures.
This expert opinion can be requested in a variety of situations, such as legal disputes, insurance claims, contractual disputes, accident investigations, among others. The main objective of technical experts in construction is to identify the underlying causes of problems or damage, determine responsibilities, assess the extent of the damage and provide recommendations for repairs or appropriate solutions.
During technical expertise, the expert carries out detailed inspections, document analysis, interviews with those involved and, if necessary, laboratory or field tests. Based on these investigations, the expert issues a technical report that presents his conclusions, analyzes and recommendations.
These expert opinions play a crucial role in resolving complex technical issues in the construction sector, contributing to informed decision-making and the effective resolution of disputes or problems related to the construction of buildings and infrastructure.
